World AIDS Day 2019 - December 2, 2019

On December 2, 2019, people from across NIH and the community gathered at Lipsett Amphitheater on the NIH campus in Bethesda, MD, for the OAR-sponsored World AIDS Day Symposium Community and NIH: In Partnership to End the HIV Epidemic. Speakers representing many of the communities touched by HIV discussed how they—and the NIH—can work together to eradicate the disease. NIH Director Francis Collins and Jeanne White-Ginder (mother of Ryan White) joined us during this important event.
