Dominica Roth
Dominica Roth is a supervisory management/program analyst in the Office of AIDS Research. Dominica serves as the senior operations advisor. She manages business functions, human capital, and information technology. Dominica joined the NIH in 1998 and has been with OAR since 2016. Before joining OAR, Dominica worked in the OD Executive Office, the NIMH Office of Resource Management, and the Clinical Center. She is a 2004 graduate of the NIH Management Intern (MI) program and former member and chair of the NIH Administrative Training Committee MI Subcommittee. Dominica also served on the board of directors for the NIH charity, the Friends of the Clinical Center (currently Friends of Patients at the NIH) where she was president for a two-year term. Dominica earned an M.S.W. with a concentration in health/mental health from The Catholic University of America, and a B.S. in urban planning from Michigan State University.
